thanks for helping me, this action will solve the boot of the system again? I have the parameters in a file on my personal computer, I do not know how to transmit them to the machine, is it complicated?

Turn the machine off and rotate the blue rotary switch on CPU from "0" to "7",turn the machine on again, wait about 1 minute until the 7 segmens display "Y",turn the machine off again, rotate the blue rotary switch back to "0",turn the machine on
    The machine will boot again

ok the machine is already booting but the screen is in Japanese, what else is still to be done? I suppose I load the parameters, that's how I do it? Do I need a special device? I have the parameters on my computer.
I thank you very much for your help.
