A little bit of background information.
The machine has done this for a little while however it has only progressed this last week and preventing us from producing any parts.

The issue:

When we turn the machine on at the pump it is fine however when we turn the switch on the main console there is a very quick and apparent popping noise at the back which can sometimes trigger the abrasive to flow.
When it comes on however and we set the machine to do a low-pressure test to start it (after turning the charge pump on)The machine just completely cuts out and turns the console and the pump off.

Has anyone got a vague idea with what the issue is or had a similar issue that they can advise us on?
We have narrowed it down to an electrical fault which we will be seeing to in the near future, however a more clear idea would be better appreciated!
