We lost our router controller and it's computer we used VCarve on and cannot locate or install. The file on Vectric's site is only to upgrade an existing installation. Could anyone please upload it to Dropbox, One Drive etc. Vectric has been less than helpful as the email has changed and I can't get to it with our new domain name even though I've provided the registration name and registration code.

Contact Vectric and give them your old email address. I've never had this happen but I have used Vectrics customer service before and they are excellent. They have a portal (can't remember the url) that has all your old install files including updates.

I can't help you but it would help to know the version number you have a license for you have your licence key?
