    Does no thread

Hello, I need help with a problem that was presented with my Mazak qt10 lathe with control Mazatrol cam t2, at the time of threading it does not make a thread as it should be, what it does is what you see in the picture, if anyone knows how I can solve it please help me, all the pieces that I have to do are threaded.
    Thank you very much

Hi, I cant see anything wrong with program. It looks like thread is not deep enough. Are tools set correctly or are there X offsets on tools ?.
