    Fanuc O-M g41 g42 problems

We lost the parameters in our fanuc O-M control.

We restored all parameters and diagnostics.

Now the cutter comp doesn't work.

When g41 is read, control alarms out with p/s 10 unusable g code.

Is there a parameter turned off for g41 g42

im also working on this problem- this machine (miyano TSV-35 fanuc O-M) shows that g41 and 41 are options so im thinking there must be a way to turn these options on. there is also a p;lace in the book that says these codes are part of "group 7" is there a parameter that chooses which groups of g-codes to use?
