Thanks for guiding. The machine wants to reference but when i reference the machine the reference key is not working and the machine patrol lights (red, green, yellow) also not working.

    Hello,

I have a similar problem. I read a "1390 turret amp alarm" on a hwacheon lathe control FANUC 18T. I changed the battery. How do I re-reference my turret?

I take it you mean the reference switch on the controller
That is a red herring as machine needs to be calibrated to obtain a position from its zero
What controller is it ? and what machine

Re: Help: Fanuc Servo Battery 6V Dead

    Sorry about the late response.

The machine is a Hwacheon Hi-ECO 21HS BB, the control is a FANUC 18T. The alarm displayed on the control is "1390 TURRET AMP ALARM" and on the servo amplifier (a06b-6093-h152) I get the "II" or 11 alarm.

The 1390 alarm, according to what I could find online, means "TURRET TEST MODE".

And the 11 or "II" alarm on the servoamp means: "When the absolute pulse encoder is used, the motor has not yet rotated through more than one turn after the first power up"

My problem is that I cannot figure out how to rotate the turret!!

Here is what I have tried so far:

1- I enable WRITE MODE (change from 0 to 1)
2- I go to the keep relay page and according to the manual:
K0.0 set to 1= TURRET INDEX AT ZERO POSITION
K0.1 set to 1= TURRET 1 POINT INDEXIONG MANUAL MODE
(I have tried turning each one independently and combined)

3- I go back to WRITE enable mode and turn back to "0"
    4- Press reset

I should be able to uncamp the turret, the problem is HOW. And that is where I am stucked
