If anyone has info regarding this problem any advice offered would be appreciated.

Fanuc 5T on Hitachi 6NE lathe.

Machine seldom used. Started occasionally to run spindle, tool changer etc, basically cycle machine.

Historically this process ran OK.

Recent year or so machine has deteriorated. Problem commenced with self shutdown of spindle etc after 30 minutes or machine running. Reboot and restart of control fixed problem. Progressively run time to error became shorter.

Then problem progressed to machine shutdown with control interface freezing. This problem overcome by power off and/or removal of memory batteries cleared for extended periods.

Now problem is at very start of power up of 5T controller which produces; either all LEDs under the parameter letters lit and remaining so OR progresses past this above stage to what I think is next stage of boot sequence at which it stops. Here is displayed 41 20. These numbers are in the positions of ISO (4), RMT (1), and Number (20).

No idea what these mean or how to fix.

Code means?

Is this a board problem?

Could this be wiring integrity issue?

You have on each pcb 2 whites power connectors.
Please check and clean, you have a poor connection.
