I'm experiencing binding along my table axes, causing motors to stall/lose steps

I recently completed a CNC router build using 80/20 extrusion, linear guide rails and ballscrews. I am experiencing binding in the front right corner of the table on one of the Y axis motors and on the back left corner of the table on the other Y axis motor. Can someone give me ideas how to correctly determine where the binding is and how to correct it? I assume it is related to part of the table not being exactly square or the rails not being exactly parallel to each other. I am going to try to upload a piece of video that demonstrates how the binding affects one of the motors.
Img_0028.mp4. It won't let me upload the video. Says invalid file

Disconnect the motors, and move it by hand. You should be able to feel where it is binding.
