    bodor laser 150 watt

I just purchased a bodor laser but not straight from china, I cannot do this I don't trust them after payment.
I went through a dealer and so far I am happy with it.
Small design things are irritating like the compressor is good but they reduced the tubing 3x down to an 1/8 at the head, even have a valve at the head why I'm not sure
because with the reduced air flow you leave it wide open.
Also the exhaust path...there fan is a good size but they are drawing from the top behind the gantry and smoke or small pieces can fall through onto the z axis drives and belts
so there needs to be a barrier there ,They should also have fabricated a vent deflector where the air is drawn in but I can add that
I am going to have to make some changes as I have an older 100watt that has no issues but its 2008 and I thought 2018 would bring new better designs or changes but
    it did not.
The machine is well built and I also have the 5200 cooler

Some manufacturers put a ball valve in the air assist line just before it enters the nozzle so that the operator can moderate the flow rate a bit.

yes that's right but the reduction in air flow you would not touch that valve , my old 100watt is the same dia tubing from the compressor to the head and there is no valve and a good air flow
