I have fiber laser marker 20w. I am barely using it. When I click on light. The infrared or red light marker is distorted. I know that the usual should be square. Laser is firing but lines are off.

Hopefully, it is not a hardware issue. This is what I would try - Check if the x/y Field Size is correct, remove any field corrections and set the Red Light offset and scale to default. Try to mark a square with the max. field dimensions and see if the result is less distorted than currently. If you still see this weird shape, most likely the galvo is failing. Repairing that would be quite a challenge.
