    Ma600 h2 draw bar replacement

    Hey I'm working on a ma600 h2 mc

We had issues with tool being lose in spindle for the force was below 200 so I order new sprind and spacer. On disassemble I found there was nothing retaining the draw bar in the spindle like I'm use to seeing (cap, set screws, lock rings, ext.) I was able to pull out bar with little force. Now on reassemble I need to press the bar in 3.5 to 4.5 inch. In spindle and don't want this coming back out me when I let pressure off. Is this tapper locked or something or I'm I missing something big here any help be appreciated I'm new to working on okuma

is the tool shank BT? What about clampng collet ( two "lips" holding the shank bolt ) ? With tool clamped and cylinder mounted there is no way fot the draw bar to jump out.
If the design contains some fixing elements, it makes possible to take away the draw bar without hidraulic pressure.

what kind of spindle is it? if its a 50taper you will need a special tool, if its hsk you will need to send spindle to okuma with with clamp/unclump unit to get it installed and set correctly,
