RNR Mach3 Motion Control Card - MPG connection

I have a Chinese 3040 cnc machine controlled by a RNR usb Mach3 motion control card. This card has a 10 pin socket for an mpg pendant control. Can anybody list the pinouts of this socket or explain how to connect the mpg to it?

    This may help
    The following describes each pin:
5V positive, 5V negative: Provides a DC 5V power supply, which can be used to power the handwheel
X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, A-axis: Connect to the axis switch on the handwheel, use
To select the axis to be jogged
A and B: encoder outputs A and B connected to the handwheel X10: Increase the handwheel speed by 10 times
X100: Increase the handwheel speed by 100 times
The handwheel interface is compatible with the Weihong system handwheel.

this does not provide the pin and port numbers that Mach3 needs to configure the input pins.
