Hello.
I have a problem with wire breaking on the upper contact. The wire breaks off every 1 - 2 minutes of cutting. The machine is Charmilles Robofil 290 from 1996. Everything on the upper and lower head is fine. So I loaded the Autoiagnostic software into the machine and the CNC control passed everything but the Generator Chain failed. Error codes in the picture in the attachment. I checked the boards: UPR 1-4, RUPA 16, UPA 16, E / S, SAL + Restart, CCU PIL, CCU COM, PA + SA. These boards should be good (I changed boards from another working machine).
Any ideas where the problem is? What should I check?
