    XBox one controller

    Is it safe to engrave a Xbox one controller.

    I don't see any problems. What are you trying to do exactly? Cut your name into them so you can identify yours? They are cheap enough to just try it and see how it goes. The worst case is that you need to open it up to take the electronics out before carving.

    Yes it will just be a name or maybe a small logo.
    Just wanted to know if there was any health issues engraving the controller.

    There should be minimal risk as long as you are cutting chips and not burning it with a laser.

    It depends on what plastic is it. If it is PVC then Clorine gas is formed which is very toxic, it is the same gas (mustard gas) used in WW2 to kill masses, so be very careful!
