Hi Guys,
Recently acquired a brilliant vm20 centurion 7, it came with a renishaw probe omp40-2 and ts27r wireless toolsetter.
ran the toolsetter when we first started using it and it worked fine, measured the diameters and lengths,
Recently we had to change the batteries and when i go to set tools, it brings the tool down to set the length and just stops after
activating the toolsetter. Any help appreciated.

Try re-configuring the probe. there is a certain sequence that you have to preform to get the probe to interact with your certain machine. ;look in the manual and look for configuration, Is it an in spindele Renishaw probe?
