    Considering a Syil

I’m thinking about setting up a machine in my home garage. I’ve got experience with a Tormach PCNC1100 with Mach 3 and Path Pilot, but am seriously considering a Syil X7 Combo. My workload on the machine would be mostly aluminum, short-run injection molds and various other parts. I’d possibly spring for one of the industrial controller options. Do these machines have any support in the US? The US website is quite sparse on information.

Any thoughts for or against this machine?

    Re: Considering a Syil

I chose the X7 with Siemens equipment for the 3 year Siemens warranty and the lack of proprietary parts, they don't hide the source of any components, which is refreshing.
