I was wondering if someone can explain to me the differences between the different operations available when making a tool path? Like what is the difference between contour and pocket? Or the difference between a 3-d pocket and 2-d pocket? Also, when and where to use each operation or what operations work best? I am very new to this and am trying to learn on my own through trial and error. Thanks in advance.
