    AXYZ Router Table Issues

    So we have an AXYZ 5010 router table. It's pretty old but we have had it running for about two years now after we bought it used from another sign company. Everything was running smoothly until we hit an issue with the table just shutting off in the middle of a job. We went through months where we spoke directly with AXYZ customer support and as they have tried and failed many times to fix this issue over the phone they are less and less likely to pick up the phone. If you aren't familiar with AXYZ tech support, you can't just call and talk to someone, you have to call and get a ticket and wait in a que for them to call you back. That would be fine if they would actually call you back every time you ask for support but they do not. Right now we have discovered that on the top of the spindle, there is a panel with a board that connects the carriage to the connection board in the electrical panel of the table. This is also where the Z sensor is. They had us check to see that the Z sensor was indeed functioning but after that it is impossible to get them on the phone. The one time we did get someone, they told us that they would call right back and never did. Is there anyone that can help us with this issue? Our company is at wits end with AXYZ and their inability to pick up the phone.

    We have a 6010 router , been running for +- 8 years at least 18hrs a day. have had a few problems with it but sorted 99% of the problems myself because AXYZ support is non existent. Mine use to shut off and lose position till I noticed that the drive plugs were melting. bought 2 new drives and new plugs and the problem was fixed. managed to repair the old drives and they still work fine. Not saying this is your problem but check it out it might be that.
