    Shakes on the Y axis in 6040 CO2 laser machine

    Hello all,
    i have problem with chines laser machine 60x40 cm table it shake on Y axis.

    For now i check
    - belt tension / it is good, regulation does not change anything.
    - guides go smoothly, it does not seem that it was a mechanical problem

    co2

    I noticed that the problem is not constant in one part the oscillation is bigger elsewhere again it is small

    What i can check in next step?

    Loose lens?
    Loose/vibrating one from mirror mountings?

    It's not that the mirrors and the lens are fixed rigidly.

    It work like this now.

    it looks to be on both x and y axis- belt or screw drive? try setting to constant velocity mode and/or increase accceleration.
