Hello everyone,
I'm a small business owner in California.
I purchase a 5x10 Router 2 years ago and been manufacturing signs since.
my machine is old but is well built. my issue has to do with the stepper motors I think as
sometimes I get the stepper motor off line message. and if I unplug and replug the
usb and the data cable the problem gets solved.
the machine will make grinding noises and start moving when offline and sometimes in the
middle of a project.
also my scale is wrong so I normally increase the graphics to 102.6% to match,
if you can give me your input I would really appreciate it.
