To ALL you Mazak & CNC programmers NEED your help

So my issues are we've started using CAM software to post a program. Problem is I cant use my Endmill diameter offset to increase the size of the holes, These are the G-Codes at the beginning of the program.
    G17 G20 G94 G40 G49 G80 G90 G94
    What should it be??
    ANY HELP would be appreciated.
    THANKS

It has nothing to do what is in the first line, the first line of code like this is referred to as a safety line, but you don't need G49 or G94 in there at all

You can either make you tool diameter bigger or smaller in the tool selection and reprocess and have a new program

Or use cutter comp which would be G41 and G42 depending if you are cutting left or right, and to cancel cutter comp you use a G40

In Gibbs you just have to turn Cutter Comp On and then you process, you can then make your tool adjustments in the tool offset page of your control
