MING Desktop CNC 3030 (300x300) PC controller card compatibility problems

    Hi,

I am new to this thread and forum, however I have a number of issues with the desktop CNC shown in the title. The machine has been at my university for about 6 years and currently it is not operational. I am running the mechatronics lab now and I would like to get the machine running again, so it doesn't just get thrown away if I can help it! The machine used to work with an older Windows 95 PC, that was mistakingly replaced with a newer machine. Luckily the controller card that fits into a PC's expansion card slot was saved. However the current PC that replaced the older one does not have the correct number of pin slots for the expansion card. I could find another motherboard that supports this card, but I have no idea where to find a driver or some standard software that can allow the PC to talk to the card.

If anyone can help me with finding drivers or any useful information related to this machine please don't hesitate to comment.

    Cheers.
