Hey guys,

I need create "wavy" surface like flying flag attached. I have SOLIDWORKS, MASTERCAM and FUSHION 360. Anybody know how to do it in any of these software ? I know how to create simple wavy surface from one line to parallel line connected with two lines on sides, but I need how those waves are blend to each other.

Not in those programs, but try using displacement maps in Blender.

Create a flat NURBS surface subdivided by something like 10 in the Y and 5 in the X, turn on edit points and move the points in the + - Z to get the look you want. You will need to experiment with the subdivisions until you find something you like.

In Fusion360, you can use the Sculpt workspace. From the Model workspace, select "Create Form". In this tool, create a plane - perhaps aligned with the top of the wood surface. Put enough faces to have one for each peak and trough. Now, select the peak faces, use the Edit Form and drag up and down on the Z arrow to set their height, the surface should follow.

When you're happy enough with it, Finish Form. That'll give you the model.

Moving onto CAM, you can use the 3D Adaptive Clearing strategy to rough it out and then finish with Contour strategy.
