Click on 'Go Advanced' and then click on the film strip (red circle). That will open a dialogue box where you'll post your link.

You don't need to do that. Just paste the link into the reply.

I've had some not work that way and some that do, so that's why I suggested the other way. It has worked every time I've used it.

I've never had a problem just pasting the link. It's worked every time for me for 15 years.

Clearly, I'm not as good as you are Gerry... LOL!

Now that I think about it I believe the couple of times it didn't work was when I was having script and add-on issues with my browser. I usually just paste the link and it works fine.

Hold your phone sideways when shooting video, so that it will fill the screen.

AMEN! Videos are widescreen, like our monitors and TVs and movie theaters. Photos are whatever you want them to be.

I too am interested in how you attached your Z-axis cable chain. I could see drilling and tapping holes in the Z carriage plate for the front attachment, but you may have come up with something far slicker. I could also envision something similar at the rear of the fixed riser. A few close up photos with short explanations of how you did it would be great. I'm also curious about the cover over your router. How did you do it, and why did you do it?

    Thank you,

    Gary

If your purchasing the machine from FLA its already installed, the end that goes on the carriage attaches to some pre-drilled holes.

Agreed. A couple of closeup photos would help a lot. From the video it looks like it works really nicely, but I can’t make out the details. I have never seen a Z-axis cable chain on a Saturn machine before this. Much cleaner than what I have on mine.

That must be the plug and play version? Mine did not come with one for the Z axis.

    No I fabricated it.

His kits don’t have a z cable chain.

Aluminum, plasma cutter, press break, tig welder. And as far as why it was the best, simplest, cleanest, easiest way I could think of to design the assembly.

Okay, then. That sure clears up things.
