    Question Need help! with Ruida rdc6442s (ec)

    Hi, I have a problem with a laser machine. When I send a file to cut, the x axys doesn´t move, or makes erratic movements. Driver and motor is ok. If press left or right button, the controller freeze and i have to reset. Some body know what can i do? Thanks!Attachment 402978
