I hope somebody out there can help me with an odd one. This machine gives error code 061 every time it encounters a proven canned cycle. Yesterday it ran the loaded program no problems. Following outside maintenance to re-align the turret it will no longer run any of the loaded and previously proven programs with canned cycles. I've dug through the Parameters list and can't see any that directly apply. Any insight appreciated!

Post a sample program with this error. We first need to see if the program has any problem.

There is no error. Like I said. It ran yesterday and won't today following maintenance. Same thing with other Jaw boring and turning programs in the machine.

Is parameter 0001#1 (FCV) is set to 1 ?

Yes. I just walked out to confirm it still was after I looked into that yesterday.

That is the problem.
1 selects 1-block format while you are using 2-block format for canned cycles.
Make it 0.
