    Drawing a spline

Ver 29, wind 7, standard mouse

when I try to draw a spline it acts like it is on some kind of snap to grid.
I can't get my points put where I want them, when I click the spot I want, it jumps to the left or right.
    what am i missing?

The "help" menu should help explain all the different kind of spline drawing tools

    Re: Drawing a spline

thanks for your suggestion but I know how to use the different splines, the spline doesn't work as expected. I have brought a pic in BobArt and done a vectorization on the pic, it is just letters and some of the lines need to be "fixed" to make the lines look smoother. so when I try to use the spline, it does not put the control points where I click, it moved to the right or left of my "click". Now if I try to use the spline somewhere else in the drawing away from my vectorization the spline works as expected.
    Here is the file.

ok, I read the help and it was helpful. didn't know there was a "Snap Increment Values" I changed it to 0.001 and now it works! I just thought I knew how to use the spline
    Thanks!

Should be a little icon in the lower right corner that toggles it on and off too.
