    Gear drive to higher spindle speed belt drive - are kits available?

    As the title I'm looking at buying a 2nd hand geared PM-45 type machine but woudl like to a) make it quieter and B) increase spindle speed for CNC

    Are bolt on kits available - any links?

    I made some in the past but I'm not doing them right now.
    The simple way is to remove the gear spindle drive cut the gear off and weld on a flange for the pulley.
