    DIY CW-5000 chiller

    Hello guys,

I'm new here and I hope to be a good member.
I would like to build a chiller like CW-5000 for my 80w laser cutter but bigger with also a temperature controller and I would like to ask you if any of you have the schematic of the CW-5000 circuit.
The mechanical parts are not a problem but I would like your help in the electrical part.

That's why I'm interesting to find the electrical connections of the CW-5000.
I didn't find any schematic on the internet.

Thank you so much in advance!
    Kind Regards,
    Nikos

What part of the circuit are you having problems with? It should be pretty simple to create from scratch.

    Hello Michael,

thank you for your immediate response.
The problem that I have is how all the cables (flow sensors, relay, pump, temp controller and alarm circuit) are connected.
Attached you will find some photos that you can see how is inside the chiller.

I found also this temp controller and I think that is the same T-503 the CW500 has.

To save your cost, it is better to buy new chiller CW-5000, it is about $400 ^-^
If you are not professional in refrigeration, it is easy to cause failure
