    not sure what material to use

    I need to make a new pin for the tower on a artesian well driller....I was wondering what material you guy recommended

    Hydraulic cylinder shafting makes nice machinery pins, hard chromed and tough. McMaster sells all kinds of steel by the foot. https://www.mcmaster.com/standard-steel-rods
