    Drilling 316 Stainless Steel

    I am drilling multipl through holes (931 to be precise) in 316 Stainless Steel.
    The Hole Dimension is .040" #60 the drill LOC need only be .150"
    Can you recommended the best drill to use
    and the speed and feed to go with it.

    Cobalt (HSCO)-Cobalt 371C 6 COB .150 Min Dia., 1/4 Maj Dia., 1/2 Step Length, 2-3/4 LOC, 4 OAL should do the job or if you want more strength then Carbide drills...
