Did it stop working suddenly or did you buy it not working?

How did you try to change tools?

two months ago I was ok ', over time it started to fail more and more. Now it only works a couple of times in the morning. I've tried it in MDI, MANUAL and PROGRAM mode

Could be the turret sensor broken, which caused it could not find the correct position to change the tool.

Can you use MDI and move it around?

Try using MDI to send turret to X home, as in G28U0 then press the turret index button see if it indexes.

friends I did what you tell me and nothing.
When the cnc lathe turns on in the morning, it works a couple of times.
Then I try to move manually and by MDI and it does not move anymore, it does not work, the worst thing is that it does not alarm me.

Are you doing the complete homing process? Home X, Home Z, Home tailstock quill, and shifting headstock in MDI mode?

My lathe started acting up sometimes then all the time. It was a bad connection on a cable in the back cabinet. Shut off the power then disconnect each cable and reconnect it, do this to all cables and try again.
