    Need Help! Fanuc Alarm 1400, 607, 613, 9004

    Machine: 2008 Sharp SV-2412
    Control: Fanuc Oi Mate-MC

    Alarms: 1400 SPINDLE ALARM
    607 X AXIS:CNV. SINGLE PHASE FAILURE
    613 X AXIS:CNV. SINGLE PHASE FAILURE
    607 Y AXIS:CNV. SINGLE PHASE FAILURE
    613 Y AXIS:CNV. SINGLE PHASE FAILURE
    607 Z AXIS:CNV. SINGLE PHASE FAILURE
    613 Z AXIS:CNV. SINGLE PHASE FAILURE
    9004 SPN 1 :INPUT FUSE/POWER FAULT

I boot up normally, get the 607 and 613 codes, then after maybe 20 seconds a breaker trips and I get the 9004 code. The servo drive has a normal status until the 9004 code trips, then the LED on the servo drive gives ALARM 04.

Any thoughts on how to diagnose this? I was making chips last night, nothing out of the ordinary. I power up this morning and this is what I get.
    Thanks for any advice,
    Max

Here's a video of what happens after I click off the E-Stop. As soon as I turn off E-Stop, the control tries to send power to servos etc and then I get alarms 1400, 607, 613. After about 20-30 seconds the breaker/switch pops and I get Alarm 9004. The popping switch scared me a little bit lol

Here's a video of the servo unit. Is the sound coming from the box normal? It's made that sound since I purchased it a couple months ago.

This is a common issue within the power supply section of that unit. If you would like to give us (Tri Star CNC Services) a call at 815-578-9145 we can discuss it further.

It ended up being a bad power supply board that had to be reworked. TriStar CNC performed the repair. Some bad resistors on the dc circuit close to the lugs.

    Ok so,
Is that board is removable and can be fix by them or just need a new one?

Also , what do you mean by the Lugs?

    Thanks
