I have a 3 month old 45xp and it keeps throwing the gas fault and system fault code over and over. It will Fire and start to cut then about 5-6 seconds throw the codes and the torch will shut off but my machine will keep moving. I have checked all filters, ground, air pressure is good , wires are good and have reset the machine over and over. What else could it be? What a pain!!!

extend your machine initial purge cycle to blow out moisture from idle time. Do you have large enough air lines running to machine? Your pressure will show good on your pre regulator by the time you get back to check it, also your air dryer/oil separator might be clogged up. just the first things i would check.
