Sometimes when spindle rotate and I hand turn on pump is the same problem. I know what mean Gross positionig error, but now it is not relate with loose in machine. It look like the voltage dropped... I change contactor from pump and nothing better. I do not know where I should looking problem.

WHAT IS YOUR INCOMING VOLTAGE, Are you running this machine on a phase converter or industrial 3 phase? It sounds like it is related to a voltage drop. What control and drives do you have on this machine?
