    Fanuc Test Stand

    Hi all I am having problems getting the error of:

    410: Servo Alarm : X axis excess err

    can anyone help me solve the issue?

    Check the Motor cable and axis load , Jog in Low rpm and check the load

    Check on the servo screen. X axis feedback while you try to handle the position on the CNC screen may be counting and expecting to move but the encoder value is not moving on the feedback screen..
    So yes check the motor cable, or see if the motor is jammed up.
