    Unhappy What is wrong

The problem is that in automatic mode the current position shows
the correct X and Z values (the program is done in CAM) and the job
can be done, but in manual mode the X and Z values are incorrect.
    Only drill X is correct.
Z we can set for the automatic mode by
    using the VZSHZ variable.
We install the tools with probe.

Our machine is Okuma Space Turn LB 300 MW, OSP 100L

Maybe someone understands this and can explain to me how
    over this problem.

hy if it works, is okey

in manual mode the X and Z values are incorrect
if the job get's done, thus machine works in automatic mode, why do you care about the manual mode ? there are machines that display at least 3 or 4 different coordinate systems simultaneously

    Only drill X is correct
if also drill X would have changed, it doesn't matter; basic question is if your drill is concentric with the spindle ? and what's the concentricity value ? even if a drill works, this does not mean that it is concentric with the spindle

Maybe someone understands this and can explain to me how over this problem
onestly, if you probe your tools, and the machine works, then simply leave it bee

imagine that you know why that behaviour happens, then what ? what is your next move ?

change that you noticed is caused by the fact that reset is causing your actual offset to vanish; when you press manual mode, it also triggers the reset button

you may need basic training for that machine, in order to give you the minimal confidence to operate that machine:
... move the machine in mdi and manual mode, facing a new part, Zzero-ing the stock
... feed hold and manual interruption during automatic mode
... future milestone : interference check for an unknown program ( that may be wrong build, but hmm )

it seems to me like you are on your own with that machine, and this seems saaaad; if i may ask, why are things how they are, in your case ? kindly

    Re: What is wrong

Here is why. In pure "clean" manual mode OSP shows the work coordinates without tool offset. MDI mode and automatic mode shows the work point location as it is with tool offset.
If you want to see the same location as in auto mode, do following:
MDI mode select the tool with tool offset number in the same command. Pay attention, where in the line T030508 is tool offset number and where is toll nose radius compensation number.
Execute the command, means <write> button and let the turret index.
again in the MDI mode do G00 of G01 to small distance.
Execute the command, means <write> button and let the axis move slowly. Note the remaining distance showing and use rapid ( if G00 ) or feedrate ( in case G01 ) override to move safely.
Now axes will move to the location according tool offset.
Find the button "MID/MAN" or "AUTO/MAN" <- sorry, don't remember the right name of the button. Press it,
Now you can move axes using manual controls - arrows and dial.
Read the manual or take training in order to understand this mode in details. There are some additional points to know.

Thank you Algirdas for the suggestion. I'll try to use it tomorrow.

I tried to use Algirdas' recommendation. MDI does not work, however, if the automatic mode is used MID AUTO MANUAL button, I get really manually move the actual dimensions. This thing is troublesome when you need to do something manually, without a program.

By the way, it's possible to use relative coordinate system ( G91 ) you can command to go by zero distance:
    G91 Z0 X0 T010203
and here you have the figures update without any axes movement.
Sure, some conditions must be satisfied in order for this to work. MDI works also, just check what is missing there.
    MDI does not work
    any error message?
what figures are indicated as remaining distance?
