Hi All

I have a Deckel Maho dmg 50t year 2000 running a Heidenhain TNC 426 control. On start up without trying to move any of the Axis the power on Y Axis goes high and I get a C3B0 Error.
I have had a Heidenhain tech look at it who found there seemed to be current leakage to earth in the cables so I replaced these with genuine cables but the Error still comes up .
I removed the Inverter and had it tested by the tech on his bench, it appears fine.
Any help with this issue would be appreciated

- Disturbance on RDY input of the PWM output connector
- Motor locked
- Motor defective
- Motor cable defective
- Humidity has entered the motor
- Inverter not ready

- Disturbance on RDY input of the PWM output connector
- Incorrect motor selected (MP2200.x).
- Assignment of PWM outputs incorrectly entered in MP120.x
- Assignment of encoder inputs incorrectly entered in MP112.x
- Motor power cables mismatched
- Motor encoder cables mismatched
- Motor connection faulty

- Inform your service agency
- Check the inverter
- Check the motor and cabling
- Check the machine parameters

Error description 8103
Error message: C3B0 Motor ? does not rotate

- Inverter defective

- Incorrect motor selected
- PWM output incorrectly assigned
- Speed encoder incorrectly assigned
- Motor power cables crossed

- I2t monitor has responded

- Inform your service agency
- Check the inverter
- Check the motor and cabling
- Check the motor for proper selection
- Check the PWM-output parameters (MP 803, MP 1103)
- Check rotary encoder input parameters (MP 803, MP 1103)
- Check the I2t monitoring (MP 803/827, MP 1103/1113)
