DNC Unable to Keep Flow of Data

We just connected a new pc to our machine and all of our settings look to be set right (even in reference to the old laptop's settings). We are able to fully load small programs into the machine but if we attempt to use the DNC with a drip feed then it seems to error out. Usually when we cancel the run there will be 5~8 lines loaded into the machine but nothing else will load. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue? I took a couple of screenshots of the settings on the pc and took a picture of the machine's screen to show what we have setup. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Are you using a USB to Serial adapter? (I seem to remember having similar problems with these in the past.) If so, you might consider buying or building a custom cable to eliminate the adapter.

What is the make and model of the controller?

115K seems extremely fast without Xmodem. Are you using a USB to serial adapter....make and model ?
