I want to mainly cut aluminium copper, plastics and wood.
Spindle 24.000 RPM 3.0 kW

X-axis 1 lead screw,
20mm dia, 930mm long, 10mm pitch (or 5mm), load to move 60kg,
calculated inertia
2666 g.cm2 for screw 20mm dia/10mm pitch
3180g.cm2 for screw 25mm dia/5mm pitch

Y-axis 2 lead screws,
20mm dia, 1280mm long, 10mm pitch (or 5mm), load to move 60kg/ screw,
calculated inertia
3100g.cm2 for screw 20mm dia/10mm pitch
4075g.cm2 for screw 25mm dia/5mm pitch

Z-axis 1 lead screw
20mm dia, 400mm long, 5mm, load to move 35kg,
calculated inertia 750g.cm2
