0.75" x 0.125" X 14"
Bar may be extruded with rounded corners on sides, or not, the side rounding is preferred, but not important.
Ends rounded at 0.045 radius on all 4 edges. No sharp edges on whole part.

I get a good finish on these using dish scrubbing pads, and would like a finish like that.

Tolerance 4 thou.

This is for a patent pending medical device. Very much like an Orthopedic. The final product is worn on the body presses against fabric, so I want to avoid damage from sharp corners.

I have some changes to my quote.

This is not a high precision part. When in use, all sides will be touching foam padding, or fabric, so I just need the corners rounded as to not tear into the fabric. 0.045 radius, but 0.04 or 0.05 is ok too. Round all edges, and corners.
