    Need help in Dallas area

I picked up a new Chinese machine a cpl of weeks ago. I have the machine moving but can't seem to get it completely set up to run right. I am pulling my hair out trying to figure Mach 3 out. I was hoping that I could find someone in the Dallas area that is familiar with it that might be willing to help me out and get it going. I keep watching videos and then making adjustments int he software but I just seem to be going in one large circle and not getting anywhere.

The Mach site is terrible. Search function is broken so it is almost impossible to try and use it to help.

If someone knows a tech in the area please forward me the info.

What sort of machine (router, mill, laser or other) and what sort of problems are you having?

If things that should move do then that's a good start.

Think of many Chinese machines as a kit - fully assembled (in many cases) but unfinished.

Be prepared to complete mechanical (re-assembly/alignment) and possibly other items that should have been done in the "factory" to make it work "right".

    Cheers,

It is a 4x8 router and yes I can make it move. The problem doesn't seem to be a physical problem with the machine. It is a software problem trying to set up machine 3 correctly. It has me lost right now.
