I'm looking for an expert automation guy who works in the pneumatic systems!
We have a machine that works with Siemens servomotors, now I want to build a new system like that but I want to work by pneumatic, I want to give information pneumatic system design and calculation, and some information about some pneumatic parts like variable valve and actuators...
Our product is an amusement park device (3D Cinema).
I want to control cylinder movement with the highest degree of accuracy! to make reality movements!

My advice is do not try to use pneumatics for positioning. Air is compressible and therefore does not work well for positioning applications, especially with variable load. Either use the servo motor system that you are currently using or use a hydraulic system.
