Biesse BNEST Object Error when using guillotine cut

    Greetings,

We've used BSuite for a few years with our Rover A flat table router acting as a point-to-point. Lately, we have been nesting some drawer box parts. We've done this simply by creating the nest in AutoCad then machining the sheet.

We figure we could use BNest to nest the parts. We created the Wood Type, the Sheets, and the Articles. We were able to create a working nest without any difficulty. However, the nest was simply routing around the parts and NOT sharing the tool path around the parts. So, for example, a 1/2" bit was creating at least 1" between parts.

So, we turned on the "Use cutting optimser" and "guillotine cut" options in the nesting project processing parameters section of the processing parameters within the project. When we did this, a shared tool path was utilized and the sheet yield increased.

However, whenever we attempt to "SEND" the project, a Processing message error pops up.

The processing operation generates the following messages:
Error when transmitting the machine: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Can anyone give me some direction what I need to do to rectify this problem?

    Thanks.
