The newer prolight machines with the one-piece castings have an eye bolt on top for lifting them. I have the older TMC1000 machine with the that has the column bolted to the base.
As far as I can tell, it doesn't have any lifting points except for the holes in the original chip pan. I don't really want to add an eye-bolt to the top, since I don't really trust the bolts holding the column to the base.


Any ideas what the best way would be to lift this thing without the chip tray?
