The problem with threading Mach3 Turn on CNC turning

    Hello!

The problem with Mach3 Turn - does not display the actual spindle speed (S True) of the turning CNC. The signal from the sensor on the spindle comes to the board, and even Mach3 sees it (the index blinks on the diagnostics tab in the Mach3 lathe), but the speed does not show as if there is no sensor. I tried to put different sensors - hall, reed switch, induction - the result is one.

Recorded video - the essence of the problem is revealed - see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2CN...ature=youtu.be

The purpose of the idea is to cut the threads on a lathe from Mach3 Turn.
Spindle rotation speed: 200-2000 rpm. Real speed does not show either the minimum speed or the maximum.
    The machine is homemade.

I also attach a file with settings: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1_x...N1rytmD69GXwm-
    And screenshots of settings.

Thanks in advance! Glad any help!

Why have you enabled encoder 1 AND index on the same port + pin?

The problem with Mach3 Turn - does not display the actual spindle speed (S True) of the turning CNC.
It does - provided you have allocated the pins correctly.

You need to turn ON the spindle via the MDI first. Example: S500 M3 <enter>
Then your pulse will be read by MACH3.

edit: and I've just noticed I'm replying to OP on a thread started a millennium ago :/ oops
