Driver needed for older Dardi waterjet.

    Hi Everyone,

Thanks for reading my post here, much appreciated.

We have a Dardi waterjet that has a Fagor 8035 controller. Recently the battery in the Fagor controller died and it lost its settings. Basically it has no idea what it is connected to. Six years ago we had the same problem and Dardi sent us the drivers and procedure to install them. Problem solved.

This time they cannot help us anymore as the machine is too old they say. We have looked everywhere and of the drivers we received six years ago I can find the three folders but they are all empty (???)

We are looking for someone who is still operating the same Dardi waterjet to obtain the drivers. Just as there is a procedure to install the drivers, Dardi knows the way to copy them as well. Or the owner has the drivers saved somewhere perhaps? This could turn our very big paperweight back into a waterjet again.

    Tech details:

    Brand: Dardi
    Model: DWJBB-3020
    Controller: Fagor CNC-8035-M-COL-R-2

The driver has three folders with files. The names are:

PAN (containing files with extension .wgd & .sim)
PRG (containing files with extension .pim)
TAB (containing files with extensions .alx, aly , alw and more)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If there are any questions please ask.

    Kind Regards,

    Vince

Is there a backup on the Card? If the parameters are backed up you will see them on the machine parameters page. PLC and other files would be on the card as well. There is a restore function on the CNC as well.
