I need to do maintenance but can't find the coupler to the fitting.

Looks like you would use a needle point, that you push into the center of your fitting, or change the fittings to suit what you have, normally fittings like this oil is used but can be grease as well but check the lubrication needed for your application

Aren’t those for oil to stop contaminants getting in?
