A 3D printed axial flow generator (I share the plans)

    Hello,

This is my last litte project. It is the second generator I make but the first was machined and it had a lot of faults. No cores, the shape of the coil was not optimized, the use of aluminium for the frame of the generator was generating Foucault's currents... That's the specialists said to me when I have presented it. And last point, a lot of people had reproaching me that it was made by machining, and, because there is not a lot of people than have machine tools at home, that was a subject for a few only. So this new 3D printed generator try to correct all those faults.
I have the project to make soon a new version with several stators along the axis and with an sealed housing to make a small windmill.

Wow, the project is super detailed. I guess you put much effort into research. Good luck with the next one.
