    Error Message on startup

Has anyone seen this during startup? Last 2 times I turned on the machine this came on. Turning it off and on makes it start up fine. Not sure why the error? This machine spends most of it's time turned off and has very few hours of cutting time on it.

    Re: Error Message on startup

Hi gunmaker, Error 187 is saying that the NCB board and the interface panel has lost communication.

1st thing to check is the 5VDC power supply and check / set to 5.2VDC. if the 5V falls to 4.999999999V it will drop the communications. that is why it should be set to 5.2V.

There are other possible problems, bad NCB board, interface problem. but lets check the easy stuff 1st.

    Give me a call 952-288-6340

Thanks Bob. I'll get back to you after this weekend. Gotta maintain my kids car to get him back to college.
